Refund policy
ONLINE SALES
We will gladly refund, exchange or offer a store credit for items that are faulty, are not to your taste, or do not fit.
If you have simply changed your mind, we may offer you a refund provided that the refund:
- Is made within 30 days of purchase. Ideally notify us within 7 days of receipt of product.
- you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase
- the merchandise is in saleable condition, that is it is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and in original condition.
Items must returned at the customers expense in original unworn, unwashed condition and with all tags attached. Refunds or store credits will be processed as soon as the return is received. Exchanges will be shipped at the customer's expense. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your purchase that you wish to return or exchange.

IN STORE SALES
When in store, we do out best to avoid the need for returns. We will provide fit advice and strongly encourage trying on clothing to ensure correct fit and overall satisfaction. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, or decide you made a wrong selection.
We are more than happy to refund or exchange faulty items. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase by phone, email or in person.
If you have simply changed your mind, we may offer you a store credit provided that the return:
- Is made within 7 days of purchase (or before 31 January 2023 for purchases made in November or December 2022)
- you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase
